RETRO LOOK

Hello dear followers, for today's post, I'm sharing this cool pictures I took last week during my trip to Leon Guanajuato, which is my boyfriend's home town. While I was there I had the chance to meet with a dear friend who has been living in Milan for the past five years. We met a few years ago and became such good friends in Milan, during the year I spent abroad. We had a great time together, we visited some of the prettiest places of his city and snaped this cute pictures while we were walking around downtown.

Sheer knot blouse -  Timing / High waisted shorts - Vintage / Beaded necklace - Express / Patent sandals  - BCBG Maxazria / Handbag - Michael Kors.

I love this retro look, it has a mix of the 50's ladylike style and the 80's funkiness. It's so feminine with the pink knot blouse, but yet sexy with the high waisted mini short. It's such a casual outfit, but together looks flirty and classy. This style works so good for me on a day out in the city, you know I'm a sucker for the vintage looks.

Monday is almost over, hang in there!!

Andrea

TROPICAL DENIM

I have a few weeks off from school, so last weekend I decided to visit my boyfriend on his home town. I spent a lovely week with him and my friends! It's been hard living on different cities, a year has passed since he moved away. But somehow we manage to see each other very often, so we are definitely making it work. While I was there, I didn't have much time to take pictures, but here are a few shoots we get to take during the week.

Denim shirt - Stradivarius / Tropical printed dress -  / Bright patent sandals - BCBG MaxAzria.

I wore this printed dress, for an afternoon with my boy and for a casual dinner night. I wore a denim shirt on top to make it more laid back and day appropriate. I love the bright colors on the dress and how it matched perfectly with my patent sandals. This is a cool feminine look, that works perfectly for me on another warm spring day.

Happy Friday!! Have a great weekend!
love,
Andrea

PAJAMA PARTY

I got this amazing slippers last week, I was so excited because I have been looking for a pair like this for a while now. I got two amazing pairs, but youll have to wait for another post to see the other ones. Meanwhile I get to wear this cool skull flats for shopping spree and a casual meal with my dad.

Polka dot shorts -  H&M / Peek a boo shirt - Pull & Bear / Tote bag - Coach / Sunglasses - Mango / Skull slippers - Steve Madden.

I got the inspiration for this casual look from one of the quirkiest trends of the season, the pajama look. Seems like the spring is full with this comfy looks, you see them everywhere and you can find it on slippers, satin shorts, loose printed pants, even pajama tops and robe looking jackets. It's all about having fun with a unconventional day wear, who said this style could only work for the bedroom, it's spring it's the perfect time to  enjoy and explore your options. They are so many different trends out there and it's always cool to try a new one every once in a while.

Hope your week kicks off with a great start!
love,
Andrea

BLUE CRUSH

Boxy dress - Massimo Dutti / White shirt - Zara / Necklace - Sfera / Satchel - Aldo / Snake skin sandals - BCBG MaxAzria.

Yesterday I wore this cool color blocked dress, and even though it is a bit boxy and I usually wear more structured and fitted clothes, I really liked how this new silhouette looks on me. When I chose this dress, I thought it was a fresh alternative for a cute spring dress..  It's colorful, comfortable, and even though it's a little loose, it's still kind of sexy. The color blocking trend remains as one of the ultimate favorites, and I think this two toned dress does this trend justice. I really like how the cobalt blue highlights my new tan, which I have to accept, has always been one of my favorite perks of this sunny season, getting tanned and showing off the gams.

Good night!
love,
Andrea
