"Winter Trend 2013” is one of the latest projects I had the honor to work on, it was a fun fashion event with a cool fall/winter runway show, featuring the hottest trends of the season.

The entire runway was coordinated and styled by me, with the help of my dear friend Shalim, who was in charge of creating the men’s looks, we both worked in collaboration with several boutiques and some great retail stores, to create a complete 50 looks runway show. Some of the brands that walked down the runway where, Emporio Armani, Express, Guess, Benneton, Paul & Shark, Rapsodia, among  others.

I was happy to be a part of this awesome event, even though it took a lot of hard work to pull off, in the end it all worked out exactly as I planned it, so I turned out to be a success. Here are some pictures I want to share with you, with some of the looks I created for the show and some other photos that I took backstage to show you what I wore for this amazing night!

Plaid was the designer's pattern of choice for this F/W season, this traditional print has become so modern as time passes by, we so it boom earlier, on the 90s grunge style and now it has come back once again, in the most sophisticated way.

Today you can wear plaid how ever you want, for casual, laid back look, or dress it up for the office, you can even mix and match it with other prints for an edgier approach, or simply dress it down, to get the always cool grungy look.

How ever you decide to wear it, either on pants, skirt, shirts, coats or even all over, make sure to make room on your closet for garments with this pattern, because it’s definitely the hottest trend for the winter and believe me you don't want to miss it.

I wore my plaid pants for a casual day of meetings and errands, I decided to keep it easy and simple this time, by pairing them with a red hot comfy knit and matching bold lips, then to add a cool contrast, I wore my leopard pumps to clash both prints and get a fun & effortless look.

Enjoy your day!!

Mone is a new boutique in town, which has an amazing concept of ready to wear clothes, the greatest thing about this brand is that they have very different and unique pieces, that you don't find everywhere, you get to dress in style without worrying about some one else having it as well, and best thing it that their prices are so affordable for everyone, so it’s for sure a perfect place to go shopping for a new outfit.

Their inauguration and grand opening party, was a few weeks ago and I had the honor to be invited as an ambassador to represent the brand, as their new public image, I also got to cut the ribbon along with the store owners, which felt so great.

I was so happy to be a part of this amazing moment and to support them on their launch, It was an awesome night, we drank martinis and ate some delicious treats, while we enjoyed the fashion around us.

I think they have so much to offer and they are just getting started, you get the latest trends at a good price, so seriously what else could you ask for?
